Consult and Design
Discovery- Our consultation process begins with a discovery session. This step provides an opportunity for our team to learn about your business’s unique communication objectives including future needs, current challenges and your existing technology environment. The foundation of a communication solution is a proper understanding of how your business functions.
Design- Our staff will work to select and design a system that best meets the objectives outlined in the discovery session. A properly designed system should utilize the most appropriate technology for your business, existing or new.
Review and Hand-off
Solution Design Review – This step in the road map provides an opportunity to review project objectives and align them with our system designs. Our staff will work to educate you on the technologies that are available and which were selected in our design to meet your communications objectives.
Scope Review – We openly discuss the best installation options for you. Experience shows that successful projects are based on a clear understating of responsibilities and good communication. A project scope review provides an opportunity to discuss how you would like to define Convergent Solutions role in the project. Convergent Solutions can provide an entire project scope or supplement your internal staff. We take anything and everything into account – budget, business type, and size and goals so that we define a project scope and budget that fits.
Hand-off – When we meet your objectives, its time to move to project implementation. Our staff will transition the project to our operations group for implementation
Project Management
A Convergent Solutions Project Manager will coordinate all aspects of your project, assuring that all aspects executed will, on time and on budget.
In-Scope Vendor Management – We work with you to identify vendors that need to be involved in the process so that your communication system integrates well with other systems. Often aligning stakeholders in a project is one of the most challenging aspects of a successful implementation. This is where our staff experience helps!
Data Collection
Most companies do not manage their phone system database on a daily basis. Understanding what your current system does and what you want out of the new system is directly tied to proper data collection. Our data collection process is designed to build a proper database for your new system.
Complete System Integration
If you choose to take advantage of our implementation services the entire implementation process will be completed by Convergent Solutions staff. If we are interconnecting to other systems, we will work with the appropriate stakeholders to complete the process.
Onsite Tech
Our consultation process includes onsite implementation services. Although remote installation is available, having an onsite technical resource provides a high touch experience and typically provides a smoother transition.
Onsite Training
We provide a complete program of instruction on the use of your new communication system for your selected team. On-site training provides a high touch end-user experience that includes training on a fully functional non-production system prior to system conversion. We provide custom training on features that were selected during the database gathering process.
Flexible Support Plan
We understand that each business has different needs, so we design a support program to fit you. Manufacturer Compliance – All support plans are designed to include a customer commitment to maintaining the manufacturer’s required software levels.
Onsite Support
Ongoing system support can look very different based on customer needs. Onsite technical support provides a high touch local technician dispatched to support system maintenance, changes, additions, and troubleshooting.
Remote Support Available
Remote support allows Convergent Solutions technicians to respond remotely with a low touch technical response. Remote support is very popular for customers that use Convergent Solutions to perform simple system programming changes and maintenance.
