Milwaukee, WI. December 21, 2009 —Convergent Solutions is pleased to announce that is has reached an agreement which will begin a structured partnership between Phone-Tec Inc. and Convergent Solutions Inc. The partnership is lead by Convergent Solutions and will allow several key objectives for each company to be reached.

Convergent Solutions is focused on providing quality communication products and services to the entire Wisconsin market. Partnering with Phone Tec will allow for an enhanced product portfolio as well as the addition of excellent staff from Phone Tec Inc.
