Convergent Solutions Partnership
A team of trained product specialists will orchestrate the implementation of each system prior to, during, and after your transition. Our professionals will contact you within one week of your joining the CONVERGENT SOLUTIONS family. These individuals will meet with you to design telephone features, system features and address pre-cut concerns. Once the information is finalized, the project coordinator(s) will schedule training dates with you to start familiarizing the end users with the system. We strive to make sure everybody has been trained.
